Within Japan, we ship via Yamato Transport with a tracking number, and some products via Japan Post.
Outside Japan, we ship via EMS with a tracking number.

Why is it taking so long to ship?
With the exception of some Express delivery items, we make jewelry after receiving your order. Therefore, it takes 5 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from payment confirmation to shipping.

The approximate shipping time will be included in the order confirmation email we send you after confirming your order.
Is it possible for you to deliver it sooner?
Some items are ready-made. For those products, it is possible to ship earlier than usual.

We offer a free rental ring gauge for customers in Japan only.
In addition, edema is likely to occur on the fingers, so the best size can be found by measuring the size twice a day, in the morning and at night, for 2 to 3 days.

Currently, only for customers in Japan, for one month (up to 1 time) after purchase, we will respond to simple repairs such as size readjustment (up to ±1 (JP)) free of charge.
