Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
As the products we handle are "made-to-order" and delicate precious metals, crafted one by one according to your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience (e.g., difference in image, incorrect size, mistaken order).
When placing an order, please thoroughly check the product details and size.
2. Returns and exchanges due to product defects or incorrect delivery
While we strive for perfection in product quality and shipping, if you receive a defective product (damage, stains, or a product different from what was ordered), please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
After reviewing the details, we will contact you within 3 business days regarding the possibility of exchange or repair and begin the process.
If a new replacement product needs to be manufactured, we will promptly remanufacture and ship it according to our standard lead time (approximately 1 week to 1 month).
If remanufacturing is difficult, or if you cannot wait for remanufacturing and require it urgently, we will issue a full refund. The refund process will be completed within 5 business days after confirming the return of the product.
The actual timing for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement or to be deposited into your account varies depending on your card company, but it usually takes about 5 to 10 business days after the process is completed.
※If your card company's billing cycle has already passed, the amount may be debited once and then refunded (offset) in the following month or later. For detailed refund timing, please contact your card company directly.
Response period: Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of product arrival.
Costs: We will bear the shipping costs for returns and reshipments.
Product Warranty and After-Sales Service
To ensure you can enjoy your jewelry for a long time, we offer the following support system.
1. Limited-time free support
Within one month of product arrival, we offer simple repairs and ring resizing free of charge, one time only.
※Some items, such as special offer products, are not eligible. Ineligible products are listed on each product page, so please check them.
※Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
2. Ring resizing
The adjustable range varies depending on the ring's shape, but generally, resizing of approximately ±1-2 sizes is possible.
Please note: For special designs such as full eternity rings, or depending on the condition and adjustment range, there may be a charge even within the free period, or we may not be able to accept the request.
3. Paid after-care
Even after the free period, we offer various repairs, resizing, and sales of accessories such as necklace chains and earring backs for a fee. Please feel free to contact us.
