In order to deliver quality products to our customers, Jewelry MeRIZE has established the following shipping regulations.
1. Product shipping time (handling time)
Our shop's products are made to order and are carefully crafted one by one after receiving your order. Therefore, the handling time from order confirmation to shipping is as follows:

Japan: 5 to 18 days (Monday to Friday)

Outside Japan: 5th to 18th (Monday to Friday)
*If additional time is required due to the New Year holidays, long weekends, or the availability of materials, we will contact you individually.
2. Delivery Methods and Shipping Fees
The shipping methods, shipping fees, and transit times from shipping to delivery are as follows:
Shipping within Japan

Delivery time (after shipping): Usually 1 to 4 days
Shipping outside of Japan
Our shop supports international shipping to the following countries.

Shipping fee: 5,000 yen (tax included) * Free shipping if the total order amount is 100,000 yen or more .

Delivery time (after shipping): Usually 7 to 21 days *Delivery time may vary depending on customs inspections and delivery conditions in the destination country.
3. Customs duties and taxes (for international shipping)
For overseas deliveries, duties, consumption tax, and customs clearance fees may be incurred in accordance with the laws of the destination country. If these fees are incurred, they will be borne by the customer (recipient). For details, please contact the customs office of the destination country.
4. Notification of shipment completion
When your order is shipped, we will send you a "Shipping Completion Email" containing a tracking number. You can check the delivery status of your order using the tracking system of each delivery company.
5. Confirm your shipping address
Due to the nature of handling high-value items, please be careful not to return the item due to an incorrect delivery address or an extended absence. If reshipment is necessary, you may be required to pay an additional reshipping fee.
