Why is it taking so long to ship?
We make jewelry after receiving your order, so it takes 5 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from confirmation of payment to shipping.
We ask for your understanding in order to make beautiful jewelry.
Regarding the shipping time, we will send you an order confirmation email that will be sent after your order is confirmed.
Is it possible for you to deliver it sooner?
Some items are ready-made. For those products, it is possible to ship earlier than usual.

We offer a free rental ring gauge for customers in Japan only.
In addition, edema is likely to occur on the fingers, so the best size can be found by measuring the size twice a day, in the morning and at night, for 2 to 3 days.
The ring size I bought didn't fit.
